Scilly Cay has a different approach to serving a fabulous lunch. No electricity on the island means all the food is freshly prepared daily. Sea grape leaves are picked for the plate liner, fresh fruit is selected, while lobster, crayfish and chicken are grilled right outside on authentic Anguilla grills.
