Anguilla Lobster: Caught fresh by our fishermen and kept live until you are ready to eat. this Lobster is tender and sweet. Simply a delight.
Crayfish (petit lobster): Another Anguilla treat from the sea, these smaller versions of the lobster are a delicacy on the island.
Marinated Half Chicken: Grilled with Scilly Cay sauce.
Fresh Snapper (order 48 hours ahead): Delicately steamed on the grill with vegetables.
All entrees come garnished with generous servings of pasta salad, fresh fruits and garlic bread over a bed of green grape leaves.
